1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.

3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to boost sales.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating effectively with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with clients by tailoring experiences to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
6. Monitor and update client information in accordance with company CRM systems to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
7. Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
