1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
3. Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling to increase sales.
4. Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
7. Manage visual displays of products in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom according to company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
