- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling to increase sales.
- Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays of products in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom according to company policies and procedures.
