1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening customer relationships.
5. Maintain qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
6. Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
