1. Represent the Gucci brand to clients, embodying its values and ethos.
2. Guide clients through the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
3. Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Present the Gucci collection in accordance with brand standards.
5. Contribute to a seamless omni-channel experience across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce platforms.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
3. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
3. Strong customer service orientation.

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or a similar customer-facing role is required.

High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in fashion or retail management is advantageous.
