1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and trends.
3. Ability to embody and represent the Gucci brand values.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or a related field is preferred.
