- Guide clients through the buying journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Present and promote the collection in accordance with brand standards.
- Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and current fashion trends.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion and luxury brand dynamics.
- Proficiency in Korean and English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or a similar role is required.
