3. Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, ensuring a luxurious shopping experience.

1. Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail or customer service environment, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in fashion or retail management is advantageous.
