- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, guiding them through the buying journey.
- Advise customers on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present the collection in accordance with brand standards.
- Support store management activities.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
