- Support clients with product information, including styles, characteristics, and trends.
- Manage returns or exchanges, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Native-level proficiency in Korean.
- Eligibility to work in Korea under applicable visa regulations for foreign applicants.
- Strong communication skills in Korean and preferably in Chinese.
- Customer service excellence.
- Sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product characteristics.
Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
