1. Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement.
2. Guide clients through the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
3. Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, maintaining the luxury image of Gucci.
5. Act as the visible face of the brand, embodying company values and culture.

1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the luxury sector.

High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
