- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in understanding and conveying product information.
A minimum of 1-2 years in a luxury retail environment or a similar customer service role is preferred.
