- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
