- Guide clients through the buying journey, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.
- Present collections in alignment with brand standards, showcasing product features and trends.
- Manage returns and exchanges, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building.
- Uphold the brand's values and act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide personalized customer service.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or a similar role.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or business is advantageous.
