1. Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience both in-store and remotely.
2. Drive sales by leveraging key performance indicators and maximizing selling opportunities.
3. Utilize expert product knowledge and storytelling to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
4. Maintain operational excellence through adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Contribute to the visual merchandising and stock management in line with Gucci standards.

1. Minimum of 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience.
2. Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
3. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2. Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude.
3. Ability to adapt to different clients and dynamic environments.

At least 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.

Base salary range from $19.97 to $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
