1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
3. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Strong ethical standards and professionalism.

The base salary range is estimated between $17.75 USD and $18.75 USD per hour, with eligibility for an employee benefits and incentive program.
