- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or requests.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and luxury market developments to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a tidy and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service setting is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range is estimated between $17.75/hr USD to $18/hr USD, depending on experience and location.
