- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Organize and maintain stock room and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficiency with technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service mindset with a passion for fashion and the brand.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

A minimum of one year in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury sector.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
