- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards within the store to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Organize and manage stock room and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service environment is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range for this position in California is estimated to be between $17.25 USD and $18.00 USD per hour.
Eligible employees may participate in a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401K plan. An incentive program is also available, contingent on individual and organizational performance.
