- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain security standards within the store to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- 1+ years of prior service-related work experience.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency with technology.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different customers.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a service-related role, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with clients and exceed expectations.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
