- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.

- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency with technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Additional languages are advantageous.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
