- Ensure the sales floor and boutique are maintained according to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements and client reservations.
- Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Execute transactions and manage the cash register.
- Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security protocols to prevent theft and loss.
- Professional Baccalaureate
- BTS or DUT
- Experience in sales
- Experience in luxury retail
- Ambassador of the brand and its values
- Product knowledge and sales techniques
- Passion for fashion and luxury
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is appreciated
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Service-oriented with persuasive abilities
- Understanding of luxury codes
- Ability to work collaboratively
Previous experience in sales and luxury retail is required.
