1. Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering exceptional service in line with hospitality guidelines.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client's needs.
6. Develop a local and international client base and seek to recruit and nurture top clients.

1. Some experience working in a high-end luxury/fashion brand or hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing clients.
3. Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including weekends as needed.
