3. Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Utilize styling knowledge to mix and match products, providing tailored solutions to clients.
6. Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Some experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
