1. Experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and extensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Dutch, German, or French are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
