- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to optimize sales potential.
- Deliver an engaging and emotionally resonant client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcoming techniques.
- Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from their first interaction.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations.

- Experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- Sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Styling and product knowledge.
- Client relationship management.
- Multilingual capabilities.
Some experience in luxury fashion or high-end hospitality is required.
