- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to the Gucci selling ceremony, greeting, listening, and assisting customers to exceed their needs.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to enhance customer experience.
- Facilitate cross and up-selling across all product categories.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
- Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
- Achieve individual and store goals to enhance and develop the business.
- Foster open communication with team members, collaborating to propose effective solutions.
- Manage product visual displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
- Oversee product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
