- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products and the brand's history and heritage.
- Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, catering to diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
- Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
- Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to the development and enhancement of the business.
- Foster open communication with team members, collaborating to propose effective solutions.
- Manage the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service, particularly in fashion, retail, or related fields.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong business acumen and strategic vision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
Experience in fashion, retail, or related fields with a focus on customer service.
