1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products and the brand's history and heritage.
2. Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, catering to diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
4. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
5. Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to the development and enhancement of the business.
7. Foster open communication with team members, collaborating to propose effective solutions.
8. Manage the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.

1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Experience in face-to-face customer service, particularly in fashion, retail, or related fields.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
