- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for the industry.

- Uphold store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.

- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
