Gucci Client Advisor

- Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci's Service Standards, ensuring regular communication and follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
- Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to all standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for using and learning new technologies.
Experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector, is required.
