1. Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
3. Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci's Service Standards, ensuring regular communication and follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
5. Engage in continuous learning and development to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
6. Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
8. Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to all standard operating procedures and company policies.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Customer service-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
5. High attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Aptitude for using and learning new technologies.

Experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector, is required.
