- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets to enhance business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, including Gucci's history and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Ensure a neat and organized stock room and understock area.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales results and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a customer service role within a similar environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
