- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld for the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci standards.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on exceptional service.

A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service setting is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
