1. Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
6. Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Ensure store security standards are upheld for the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci standards.
10. Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
