1. Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and developments in the luxury market to advise clients effectively.

11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
4. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
