1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals monthly and seasonally.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book with regular client follow-ups.
6. Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
8. Uphold store security standards to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Ensure visual display standards are met in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
8. Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
9. Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
