1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets, enhancing business growth.

8. Uphold store security standards for the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.

11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills.
8. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
