1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and customer KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product mix-and-match capabilities to best serve clients.
6. Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and cultivating top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English and Norwegian; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
