- Achieve individual and team sales targets and customer KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product mix-and-match capabilities to best serve clients.
- Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and cultivating top clients.
- Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
