- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, delivering exceptional service in line with hospitality guidelines.
- Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling expertise with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve clients.
- Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
