- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to enhance client relationships.
- Maintain an organized client book and regularly follow up on sales and client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or equivalent customer service experience.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
