- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets for both individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales or client inquiries.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments with enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Ensure visual display standards are met in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of prior service-related experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

A minimum of one year in a service-related role is required, ideally within the luxury or fashion sectors.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
