1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets for both individual and store performance.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales or client inquiries.
6. Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments with enthusiasm.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Uphold security standards to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Ensure visual display standards are met in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

1. Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. 1+ years of prior service-related experience.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in technology.
5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
