- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing business development.
 - Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
 - Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
 - Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
 - Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales or client requests.
 - Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
 - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
 - Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
 - Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
 - Maintain organized stock and adhere to Gucci image guidelines.
 - Follow all company policies and procedures.
 
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
 - 1+ years of prior service-related work experience.
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 - Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
 - Proficient with technology.
 - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
 
- Service mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
 - Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
 - Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

A minimum of 1 year in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
