1. Develop an in-depth understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage customers through storytelling.
5. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Provide outstanding customer service in alignment with Gucci guidelines, offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing customer reservations.
11. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
13. Process transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and losses.

1. Professional Baccalaureate
2. BTS or DUT
3. Experience in sales
4. Experience in luxury retail

1. Ambassador of the brand and its values
2. Product and sales technique knowledge
3. Passion for fashion and luxury
4. Fluency in French and English; a third language is appreciated
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
6. Service-oriented with persuasive abilities
7. Understanding of luxury codes
8. Teamwork capabilities

Previous experience in sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
