- Engage proactively with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver exceptional client-centric service to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Recruit new clients and develop existing ones to expand the client base.
- Utilize in-store technology to enhance the client experience and gather meaningful client information to tailor services.
- Provide insights on local lifestyle trends to add value to the client's experience.
- Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Use effective selling techniques, including cross and upselling, to match products to client needs.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Engage clients with storytelling and expert product knowledge to assist in informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory management.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards and follow company grooming guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
- Ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.

A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
The estimated base salary range for this position in New York is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, subject to factors such as experience and geographic location.
