- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and requests.
- Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients, showcasing passion for the industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and merchandise.
- Ensure visual display of products aligns with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain organized stock and adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to achieve individual and store results and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service environment is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range for this position is estimated between $21.00/hour and $24.00/hour, depending on experience and location.
