- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, contributing to business development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual display standards and organize stock rooms according to Gucci guidelines.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with effective collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service setting, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $22.00/hour to $24.00/hour, subject to geographic differentials and individual qualifications.
