- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and follow up on sales and client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience and positive work environment.
- Uphold store security standards to ensure safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
- Maintain organized stock rooms and adhere to Gucci image standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Team-focused with collaborative skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00 - $22.00 USD per hour.
