1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.

4. Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build and personalize client relationships.

10. Organize understock and stock room efficiently.

1. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
2. Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
3. Work authorization in the United States.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
