- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build and personalize client relationships.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up with clients.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Organize understock and stock room efficiently.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in a service-related role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
