- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data through CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room and understock.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive individual and store results and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
