1. Provide high-level, engaged consultation and optimal customer care, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
2. Offer insights and advice on general fashion trends and developments within the luxury market.
3. Cultivate and maintain loyal customer relationships, focusing on service-oriented client care.
4. Capture meaningful customer data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
5. Ensure optimal presentation of the sales floor.

1. Experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion or luxury is advantageous.
2. Strong enthusiasm for interacting with customers and colleagues.
3. Excellent customer and service orientation.
4. Strong sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales conversations.
5. Enjoyment of working in an international and familial team environment.
6. Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
7. Fluent in German with good English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
