- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to Gucci's selling ceremony and offering a unique shopping experience.
- Achieve sales objectives by deepening customer connections and fostering brand loyalty.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to assist and educate customers.
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for the industry.
- Build and strengthen relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring customer satisfaction and ease.
- Maintain and update customer information using CRM tools to retain and identify high-potential clients.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store goals, enhancing business growth.
- Collaborate with team members, fostering open communication and proposing effective solutions.
- Assist in managing visual displays in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
- Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the fashion retail sector.
