- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, fostering business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by surpassing client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture meaningful customer data using company tools (CRM) to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized and accurate client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or requests.
- Discuss and advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Ensure product displays meet Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Minimum of three years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrated skill in building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
- Fluency in both French and English.
